Company Information:

MiaSolé is a producer of thin-film Copper Indium Gallium Selenide (CIGS) solar cells and panels. Founded in 2004, MiaSolé has evolved from a scrappy, Silicon Valley start-up to the world leader in thin film solar panel efficiency. In our Sunnyvale, CA facility, we have demonstrated 15.5% module efficiency in production and 18% cell efficiency in the lab.

MiaSolé’s core technology is our innovative solar cell. Because it is lightweight and flexible, the cell can be applied in a number of applications from conventional rigid solar panels to flexible mobile devices. We currently have 2 products – a rigid solar panel, and a lightweight, flexible solar panel targeting ground mount and commercial roof top applications, respectively.
